The 5th Annual Wine Tasting in Memory of Lom Gasbarro - This exciting edition originates from The 5th Annual Wine Tasting In Memory of Lom Gasbarro to benefit The American Cancer Society. Lom was Mark's dad and a true giant on the RI wine scene. This is always a spectacular evening with more than 100 great wines featured! It was held at the Providence Marriott.
The Steele Catfish Cookoff - Joe was also asked to be a celebrity judge at The Steele Catfish cookoff at the West Deck in Newport.
This event hosted by renown California winemaker Jed Steele was a competition amongst 8 terrific RI chefs to use their creative skills to wow the judges with a catfish dish that would perfectly complement Jed's "2004 Steele Clear Lake Zinfandel" It was incredible!
